Description:  The Monett R-1 School District is seeking applicants for an English Language Learners Paraprofessional position at Monett Elementary School. The position is open for the 2024/2025 school year. Ideal candidates should be comfortable working with a diverse group of students and district staff members, be eager to learn best-practice instructional strategies, show initiative, build strong relationships with students and families, and communicate clearly. Job responsibilities include providing small group instruction planned by English Language Development teachers, supporting students in the general education classroom, and fulfilling supervision duties. Candidates must hold a teaching certificate or a substitute teaching certificate.
