| Description: | Elementary Educator for the 2024-2025 school year: Ralls County Elementary is seeking applicants for elementary classroom teacher. Applicants that hold certification in Missouri Elementary Education are preferred. General task include: Develop and implement engaging classroom instruction, develop effective classroom management utilizing supports and building Positive Behavior Intervention Support program, collaboration with all staff and district teams to maintain positive, productive, and joyful learning experience for students. Teachers are expected to implement curriculum aligned to Missouri Learning Standards. The district provides classroom teachers with numerous resources to help aid in instruction including curriculum resources with McGraw Hill Reveal and Wonders for reading and math. Integration of technology is important. Students are one to one with Chromebooks, teachers have smartboards, document cameras, and laptops.
