| Description: | Gasconade County R-1 is currently seeking highly qualified applicants for a K -12 certified Music Teacher for the 2024-2025 school year. Hermann Elementary School educates approximately 250 students in grades PreK - 3rd grade. We are looking for candidates who have a passion for student excellence and for making a positive difference in a child's life. The successful candidate must be able to plan creative, engaging activities that incorporate music and movement for all ages, have the ability to integrate technology skills into the classroom, possess strong communication skills, and build positive relationships with the students, parents, and the community. The candidate will be expected to conduct grade-level concerts for parents and/or the community during the school year. Candidates should have a working knowledge of Professional Learning Communities and Missouri Learning Standards. A Bachelor's degree and an applicable certification is required.
