| Description: | The Missouri Association of Rural Education has been retained by the Green Ridge R-VIII Board of Education to conduct a search for their next Superintendent of Schools. Green Ridge R-VIII School District is located in Pettis County (Green Ridge) in West Central Missouri. School District Information: Elementary Schools - (PK-06) Certified Staff 25 Student Enrollment 186 High School (07-12) Certified Staff - 19 Student Enrollment - 181 Annual Operating Budget $ 5,958,063.00 Total Tax Levy - $3.9327 (DS $.6071 included) Assessed Valuation - $34,189,204.00 Reserve Balances 63.82% Administrators 4 Support Staff 35 MSIP: Fully Accredited District Operated Transportation District Operated Food Service Other Programs: o Parents as Teachers Program o PBIS District o FFA/AG Program, FBLA, STEAM Lab o A+ Program/Dual Credit with UCM & SFCC o 4-Day School Week o Band/Show Choir o Strong Booster Club & PTO Support Application Time Line: Applications must be received by Monday, January 16, 2023 Screening to begin Ongoing during the application period Interviews Tentative Date January 25th & 26th, 2023 Anticipated Hire Date Not later than January 31, 2023 Contract Begins July 1, 2023 Salary/Benefits Information: Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience. Salary Range: $90,000-$110,000. Administrative experience required/ Central Office administrative experience preferred. Missouri Superintendents Certificate or eligibility thereof required. Board paid health insurance benefits. Initial multi-year contract will be considered District residency is not required.
