| Description: | Iberia R-V School District is seeking qualified applicants for the position of High School (7-12) Principal for the 2023-2024 school year. MO Certification, or eligibility for certification, required. Duties include: maintaining and enhancing a positive building climate and culture, supervision and evaluation of instruction and faculty, analyzing assessment data and overseeing curriculum development, making hiring recommendations to the superintendent and board, supervision of students and student activities and events, maintaining building records, administering student discipline, attending board meetings, general management of a 7-12 school building. Successful completion of a background check is required before employment may begin. An application packet should consist of the following: cover letter, a completed application (available on the district website: www.iberia.k12.mo.us), a current resume, copies of college transcripts (official copies not required unless hired), evidence of a valid MO teaching/administrative certificate, any other supporting documentation.
